How a congregation can apply for AICEME membership

A congregation wishing to join must make formal application to the chairperson of the Association of International Churches in Europe and the Middle East (AICEME) stating acceptance of the Articles of Association and willingness to assume the obligations of membership, including sending representatives to the annual meeting and supporting the financial appeals of the Association as the congregation is able. The chairperson shall then notify all member congregations with any comments and recommendations. Unless objection by the local governing body of any member congregation is registered with the chairperson within three months of such notice being sent, the application shall be approved and the congregation shall become a member. Objection from any member congregation shall delay consideration until the matter can be considered at the next annual meeting.
